Soil investigation is the technical study carried out to determine the geological, geotechnical and soil properties of the land where a structure will be built. It identifies bearing capacity, settlement potential, groundwater level and possible soil problems — producing the core data needed for construction safety, economical design and regulatory compliance.

PROCESS
A soil investigation report in four steps
Every project follows the same discipline: measured in the field, verified in the lab, and reported through engineering evaluation.
Field & Drilling
Boreholes are drilled at the project site, soil samples are taken, and the groundwater level is observed.
Laboratory Testing
Soil classification, water content and strength parameters are determined from the samples taken.
Geophysical Surveys
Subsurface structure is imaged using seismic, resistivity and microtremor measurements.
Reporting
All data is combined through engineering evaluation and delivered as a code-compliant soil investigation report.
